I am pretty sure that you are an ADHD coach who wants to feel confident while building masterful coaching skills with a steady stream of clients.
This looks differently at different stages.
When you are starting out you want to feel confident so you can coach people well! The problem is you need people to coach in order to build that confidence.
It can feel like a vicious circle.
If you are a more experienced coach, it is about both your journey to mastery by honing your skills and scaling your business so your can help more people with ADHD.
I understand these cycles because I have lived them. I have 22+ years of experience as a coach, hold the Master Certified ADHD Coach designation, have built a six figure coaching business while having a life too, and have mentored and/or taught well over 3000 ADHD coaches.

Ways to work with me:
One-on-one mentoring
- 2 or 3 times per month for six months. Just you and me!
- Individualized attention
- Tailored to your stage of development as a coach.
- Specific practice building support!
- Opportunity for personal coaching feedback when going for certification.
Ongoing group mentoring
Group of 4-8 people
- 2 Group sessions per month for 3-6 months
- Group selected agenda and focus for the group.
- Built in peer support.
- Opportunity for coaching feedback and practice building support
Coaching Apprentice Program
Twice a year in January and July, I open the door for coaches to apply for only 2 spots to work with me as my coaching apprentice. We will tailor this experience to exactly what you need to build your skills and scale your business. This is not a program for everyone. This will be an intense and action oriented 6 or 12 months, but you will build your skills and your business.
- 20 or 40 individual sessions
- Two or four 4-hour VIP work days where I will support you to research, plan, and take action to maximize your results.
- You will have my personal cell phone number and you can call me M-F during my business hours to strategize, ask a question or have an impromptu session (if space available).
- Free attendance to any program I create during our time together.
- Sneak peeks behind the curtain to watch how I created that program.
- This program is intense, super fun, and expensive, and I only do this with 2 apprentices at a time. Apply here.
